"What is it?"
Ultimate Injection is the "injector side" of the business. We have a whole separate building with a "clean room" to segregate the injectors from the "dirty" working on cars stuff... So when you drop-off/mail-in your injectors, we then bring them over to our injector side of the business to be taken care of. This way they get the best care.
"Can I go over there/Can I call over there?"
Short answer, "No". Our Main building is where all calls are piped into. Also, where all walk-ins and deliveries are made. When the injectors go over to our other building they are considered "in-process" until done. Again, this ensures the best care provided to your injectors.
"I did not receive my pictures of my injectors?"

"What is your turnaround time?"
As we just never know how "Bad" shape someone's injectors are that may be coming into us- Because of this the general answer we tell everyone is "a few days".
"Can you do HEUI Diesel Injectors?"

EFI Top Feed Injector Flow Test & Clean
$10/ea
Most places only run one pass of cleaning on your injectors and call it done. We run multiple passes to ensure the injector is at its best! Basically, once the injector(s) stops getting better, we know that no additional cleaning will improve the injector(s). This is the type of service we provide at Ultimate Injection. That is why we are your #1 source for injector needs!
We will perform injector testing at various pulse widths and RPMs -great for detecting a drivability issue where an injector only fails at a certain RPM and/or pulse width.
We will perform injector leak, spray and volume test and ultrasonic cleaning for 1-8 injectors at a time!
Mechanical Diesel Flow Testing & Cleaning

Mechanical Diesel injectors get ran through our various cleaning processes. We then check each injector and record it's pressure in which it opens-up, or common referred to as "pop" pressure.
We also check the spray pattern and make sure non of the injectors are leaking or have any strange spray to them.
Common Rail Diesel Flow Testing & Cleaning

Problematic Diesel Fuel Injectors diminish engine performance and economy and can cause engine damage.
We clean each injector and run it through our EPS machine. Each injector gets a computer report on Leak Test, Full Load, Mid load, Idle, Pre-inject.
We can test your common rail injectors for Chevrolet, Ford and Dodge Diesel pickups. We can test most Bosch, Denso, Siemens and Delphi common rail injectors used in Diesel pickups, Sprinters and most newer Cummins, Perkins, John Deere engines. We utilize the Bosch EPS-205 Common Rail Injector Test Bench and can test nozzle opening pressure, fuel delivery, atomization, tip leakage, solenoid actuation and fuel return.
